Juice Gossage?

The New York Post recently interviewed Goose Gossage, who said he probably would have used steroids had they been prevalant in his time. "I would have probably done it," Goose Gossage said, referring to steroids. "I'm a free spirit. I like to have fun. I was a competitor. Chances are I would have done it too."

This is an interesting comment for someone who just got into the Hall of Fame after a long wait.

Maybe Goose has been doing too much free spiriting lately.

He talks out of both sides of his mouth. He was lambasting Clemens saying he should give back the Cy Young awards - even though Clemens - whether you believe him or not is denying the alligations and is putting up the fight that all the two faced tv and radio people said he should. He then goes on to condone the use by others.

Then the fool says he would have used.

Goose might have been a good pitcher, but he is sounding like Schilling far too much.

He also ticked me off when he spouted off about not getting in last year. Not for anything, but NO ONE is guarantee entry into the HOF.
