Live Blog: Yankees at Red Sox 4/11

Yankees vs. Sox

I have my "Manny loves Big Papi's little pee-pee" T-shirt on so we can't lose.

Yankees
Cabrera CF
Cano 2B
Abreu RF
Rodriguez 3B
Matsui LF
Posada DH
Giambi 1B
Molina C
Gonzalez SS
Wang RHP (2-0, 1.38)

Red Sox
Crisp CF
Pedroia 2B
Ortiz DH
Ramirez LF
Youkilis 3B
Drew RF
Varitek C
Casey 1B
Lugo SS
Buchholz RHP (0-1, 5.40)

Notes: Looks like Jeter is going to miss this season. This is the first time the Yankees are playing Buchholz. Papi is 3-36 on the season and Nancy (J.D.) Drew is currently the A.L.s leading hitter going 11-25 and batting .440. Alan Horne's injury last night was a "slight"biceps tear.

1st Inning: Melky grounded to short. Cano realized he has to take more pitches, as he took strike three. Abreu flies to center. WE: 40.9 Wang strikes out David Ortiz to end the inning. 1-2-3. WE: 44.7
